Amid the changing dynamics of this health crisis, we are moving forward into the holiday season. Like most of you, we are feeling the impact of COVID-19 on our daily lives more now than ever. It has aﬀected our families and businesses, our educational system and the communities where we live.
Our primary focus has been and will continue to be the safety and well-being of the Regency staﬀ, their families, and our clients. All employees undergo daily health checks when entering the oﬃce and are required to wear masks at all times. Most Advisors and staﬀ are working in separate, private oﬃces to ensure proper distancing that adheres to CDC and local guidelines.
Regency is fully staﬀed, operational and available to address any need related to your accounts. Our Advisors are also available to discuss the market, ﬁnancial planning, or any other questions you may have about your accounts.
Our Advisors continue to hold meetings and reviews with clients via phone or video conference. Video conferences can be scheduled during normal business hours, and our staﬀ is available to answer any calls by phone or email. We will continue to reassess the circumstances surrounding the virus to ensure the continued safety of our staﬀ and clients. We all look forward to the days ahead when we can resume many of the normal activities in our daily lives and businesses.
These are unprecedented times, and the new normal will look diﬀerent in 2021. We will open our oﬃces again only when we feel it is in the best interest of our clients and staﬀ. In the meantime, please know we are always available to help or to answer any questions.
