Privacy Policy

Regency Investment Advisors is privileged to share the latest news and updates with our Subscribers. We recognize the importance of the privacy of personal data in our digital age. Our marketing team respects Subscribers’ right to personal data privacy and has upheld the highest data privacy standards since the inception of our organization.

In an effort to educate our Subscribers, we would like you to be aware that “personal data” is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (known as a “data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

As a Subscriber, upon signing up for our digital Newsletter, you have opted into sharing your personal data with Regency Investment Advisors. In doing so, you have granted permission for our marketing team to view this data as described below. Please know that we never have and never will misuse the personal data we are privileged to store. More explicitly, we will never share your personal data with a third party that is not a verified and legitimate partner. Additionally, we will never sell your personal data or use personal data collected to single out any given Subscriber. We will always take every precaution possible to digitally protect your data.

Regency Investment Advisors’ marketing team gathers, tracks, and stores Subscribers’ personal data in an effort to identify trends in likeability and interaction with our content, in order to create and deliver more relevant content in the future. When our marketing team produces internal reports on Newsletter performance, personal data, as defined above, is removed. For example, reports include data such as the number of new Subscribers, the percentage of Subscribers who opened the sent Newsletter, and the number of Subscribers who clicked on a button or link within the Newsletter.

Please note that you may unsubscribe from receiving our Newsletters at any time. Doing so will erase your name and email from our database and your personal data will no longer be gathered. If you would like to unsubscribe now, you can do so by contacting us.

In the interest of honesty and transparency, and in response to and compliance with new data regulations, we’ve updated our privacy policy, as seen below. Please know that we value the privacy of your personal data and our policies will continue to reflect this.
