Lily Varela
Advisor Support Specialist
Lily began working with Regency in April 2022. She has over a decade of experience in a variety of industries working as a general manager or supervisor. Lily enjoys getting to know her Regency clients and coworkers and works hard to make a positive impact by excelling in her job. She serves as an Advisor Support Specialist, providing direct support to Wade Wallace and Dan Ray while also facilitating client service. Her responsibilities include processing paperwork, managing money requests, and addressing client inquiries. Lily is currently working toward obtaining a certificate in human resources. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new cities, hiking, and visiting museums. Her other interests include cooking, baking, and attending food festivals.

Community Involvement
Lily is a passionate marine environmental advocate who participates in beach cleanings, 5k marine runs, and educational outreach about marine life. She also volunteers in schools teaching English as a second language.
